6 (6, 7, 7, 8) (9, 9, 10, 11) skeins of Isager Soft Fine (25gr = 150 m / 164 yds (63% alpaca, 26% silk, 11% yak).

The sweater is knitted by holding two strands of yarn together.

For the sample, we used Alpaca 2 in colourway “46” and Soft Fine in colourway “57”.

NEEDLES

5 mm / US 8 circular needles, cable length 80 or 100 cm / 32 or 40” for the body and cable length 40 or 60 cm / 16 or 24” for the sleeves.

4.5 mm / US 7 circular needle, cable length 80 or 100 cm / 32 or 40” for the ribbing and cable length 40 or 60 cm / 16 or 24” for the cast-on.

4.5 mm / US 7 DPN for the cuff ribbing.

GAUGE

After blocking: 19 sts x 26 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in pattern stitch worked in the round.
