The Lolita Top combines refined, minimalist construction with a delicate crochet-inspired aesthetic. The piece is worked from the top down. Construction begins with the Back, worked flat with gradual increases to shape the armholes. The Front is then worked in the same manner, with additional increases to create the neckline. Once both pieces are complete, the Front and Back are joined at the underarm and the body is worked seamlessly in the round to the hem. The collar, armholes, and hem are finished with a charming picot edging, adding a distinctive bohemian touch.
