Classic cardigan with a distinct cable button band.

The Theresia cardigan is accented with a sophisticated cable button band and finished with delicate mother-of-pearl buttons that secure the cardigan with a minimalist button closure. It has a classic fit.

The cardigan is worked top-down. First, the back yoke is worked flat, shaped with increases. The fronts are done separately before picking up and knitting the sleeve stitches along the shoulders. At this point, the yoke and sleeves are shaped using the contiguous method. The body is worked flat. The sleeves are worked seamlessly in the round.

The model in the picture is 169 cm /5 ́75” tall and wears a size 2.

The cardigan is worked by holding two strands of yarn together.

For the sample, we used no. 2 in colourway “3563” and no. 10 in colourway “8463”.

2.5 mm / US 1.5 DPN for the cuff ribbing.
